Our techs have lots of experience with website migration and are able to take care of anything – from a traditional WordPress–driven blog or Joomla^™ CMS–based website, to a very elaborate, custom–made web application.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, because there are many variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We’ll need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the very same details you have provided to your previous web hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how private data is used.

A: Nope. Your website will continue to be fully operational during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is change your domain name’s DNS resource records.
